Cheers to Bill and his Amazing Liquor Expertise! Just had to give a huge shoutout to Bill, the owner of Fleet Street Liquor. His customer service is absolutely top-notch. Bill’s knowledge of the products he carries is incredible. He's not just trying to sell the most expensive bottle on the shelf, but actually takes the time to understand your preferences and suggests options that perfectly fit what you're looking for. What truly impressed me was his honesty. He wasn't afraid to point out a more affordable bottle that might be a better fit for my taste, which is so refreshing these days! It made me feel confident that I was getting the best value for my money, and that's something I truly appreciate. Thanks to Bill’s expertise and friendly personality, I walked out with the perfect bottle for the occasion (and learned a few things along the way!). Fantastic local bottle-o. Bill is always ready to give you recommendations of craft brews and the selection is great. I'm spending way too much time and money here but I love it. Brilliant bottle shop and fantastic range. Staff very knowledgeable about the products in-stock, one in particular knows the wines inside-out and is clearly very passionate, and another all the different craft and small batch breweries and distilleries. Rotating range of craft beers in-stock, always something new along with a range of imports from around the globe - every continent when I was last there! Bill at Fleet Street is a rock star!!!! He noticed that I was in a bit of pain (due to stepping on a nail that went through my foot) and he helped me get everything I needed to for the arvo bbq and also something to numb the pain haha.
